The most important part of the development of any skill set is the amount of time you put into both practicing correctly and as much as possible. Our Virtual Training Program provides coach instructed and critiqued training sessions that our athletes can do indoors or outdoors by themselves.

INSTRUCTIONS

Watch the video and work on each dribble move I'm not going to give you a certain amount of reps or time because
I want you make that decision.

Step 1 - Friday
Today I want you to record yourself doing each one of the drills in the video & upload the video
(be sure to say your first & last name at the start of the video), so I can watch and I will give you different details to focus on while you're working on these moves, the rest of the week. I will send
you feedback on your drills via text message.

Step 2 - Sunday
On Sunday I want you to upload a video of the time you
start working and what time you are done.

Step 3 - Wednesday
Wednesday I want you to upload a video of you working
on every dribble move for 30 seconds each and on Friday you will have your next assignment.
